“Hello! I’m Julia Scala, the owner and director of Growing Minds Child Care Center LLC. Before jumping into child care, I spent several years teaching elementary school in local districts. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching and have a background in child development and psychology. I’m so excited to apply my knowledge and open a childcare center of my own! My passion has always been working with children, and I’m thrilled to bring Growing Minds to the Millville community!”

"Hi! My name is Noelle. I am an experienced infant teacher with a little over 8 years of experience  & some babysitting years as well from high school. I also have an additional 3.5 years of experience as a Pediatric Medical Assistant. My background has given me a strong understanding of children’s developmental, emotional, and medical needs, as well as the patience, compassion, and dedication it takes to care for little ones.
Working with infants has always been a true passion of mine. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where children can learn, grow, and feel comfortable as themselves. After spending time in pediatric healthcare, I am so excited to return to childcare and get back to doing what I truly love working with children, and being a positive part of their early years.
I look forward to bringing my experience, and passion for early childhood education to a new classroom and becoming a valued part of the team."

"Hi! I am Ms. Chasity, lead pre k teacher! I am so excited to work with your little ones this year! Im very excited to be apart of Growing Minds. I have five years of experience working with children. I have a one year old daughter as well! When I'm not working, you can find me on the softball field coaching littles or playing with my team. I believe early childhood education is the foundation of what helps children grow and become the best version of themselves! From an early age, I always had a passion to help others and I am very happy to be able to be apart of your child’s learning experience!"
